This is my recipe for "Tomato and Onion Sausage Casserole" - a twist on the old recipe for Sausages in Brown Onion Gravy. Enjoy!

RECIPE FACT SHEET

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

12 Sausages (cooked for stove or uncooked for oven)
Rehydrated Dried Onion Flakes
Mixed Frozen Vegetables
Tomato Sauce
Flour
Water
Salt and Pepper
Worchestershire Sauce
1 Can of Tomato Soup


Preperation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes (stove) or 45 minutes (oven)

  • When you say tomato sauce do you mean ketchup? I live in Canada and our ketchup looks like your tomato sauce and comes in the same type of bottle. Our tomato sauce is in a can or jar.

  • Chopping onions is one of my most HATED chores - I avoid it where I can. But I did do it once for one video - people nearly died of shock!
