Yeah John was getting his groove back and learned a simpler, more melodic style of playing for Caifornication as he lost all his hand strength.

I'm amazed at Josh's versatility especially on this song. It's like Jonny Greenwood via John Frusciante. They guy will definitely be a legend in his own right soon and I can't wait to see what he brings to the next album. He plays drums and piano too - so fuckin talented he makes me sick! :-)
