  • "Good job". Look, this doesn't look like Yoga. I'm not a teacher but you are teaching it before you've even got what it is. I am not usually negative in my responses to videos that some one else takes the trouble to make, but this is just MIMICKING Yoga poses. Yoga is less wilful, mechanical, and brutally repetitive. It's more gently letting the mind lead the body and dwelling in the body. You look like you're just getting through your quota of moves and are thinking about a smoothie shake.

    This is the Americans' concept of yoga: to go through poses for the sake of it.

  • Looks more hamstring stretching than back stretching.

    The purpose of yoga is not to "reach the pose", but to stretch your body.

  • I love it!!! thank you so much. I really dont have time and sometimes the energy to get up in the morning to do yoga at the gym and i really enjoy it ur video. Is very relaxing and easy do fallow you. Please post more vides :)
