People who project a human way of thinking upon foxes are just plain stupid.
Everyone I know from my community are living off the land in one way or another, and strangly enough NONE OF THEM ARE VEGETARIANS or animal right fanatics. I wonder why? lol A fox just killed 12 chickens the other day and destoryed all our eggs, so I grabed my gun and shot the damn thing when it appeared the next evening. A good fox is a dead fox

The uneducated, city slackers dont see the dark side to the foxes do they? Like to see them spend a full working week on our farm then come home to see foxes ripping the chickens to pieces..... correction, ripping STOCK to peices.

It's easy to get caught up in the tradition and the images we have in our minds; the red coats, horses, hounds, beautiful countryside. It is quite interesting and seems to be a lot of "fun." However, I don't fancy the end result. Foxes are adorable and I feel that they should be left alone. Just imagine the fox as a human, and it loses its charm, eh?

I was brought up in the country & now live in a small town that borders the countryside. I have seen the damage foxes do, i've seen peoples chickens, pet rabbits etc ripped appart by foxes, they dont just kill 1 animal, they kill everything in the pen. We have a big problem where i live, they crawl the streets at night, rip open bin bags, turn over bins, raid peoples livestock etc. What most people dont understand is that a fit fox almost always gets away, its the sick animals that get caught

I don't see what the problem with fox hunting is. All we do is meet up in a field and have a giant orgy with dogs and horses. We don't cause any disturbances, as long as you think you're posh, join. Most of us live in council houses anyway and just pretend to be posh
