@cmc47834 Well yeah I guess you're right he would sound more like A7X if he would've played the riff in D but I still think it sounds like them. But yeah you're right.
-
@Puertorico2494 I know, but I'd agree it would sound like Avenged Sevenfold if he did the riff in a different key like in D, thats what most of their songs are in

@cmc47834 I meant Like when Zacky and Synyster Harmonaize.....Geez >.>

@Puertorico2494 Not at all lol.

Not to diminish these major contributions wich seem to be scaled up to sharpen minor guitar players flat compositions, and I dont mean to come across as an overly dominant voice, shooting cadence from an atonal canon, buttake a moment and let this register. My motif is pure, you can start the night with a lime & tonic, and end it with a tonic, but it doesnt make the night any better .... De Capo, have fun with your Etude
PS - play by ear, this stuff is learned by wandering the fretboard.

say what???

The intro sounds very Avenged Sevenfold......nnniiccee :)

What is that cool looking gadget thing behind your bridge? lol
Hey Andrew! Very sweet lesson for people who have no idea about harmonization!
Anyways I got a question for you. I do alot of harmonizing in my videos and keep getting comments that ask me how to harmonize. Would you mind if I send em straight to this video so I don't have to explain to them. I find this video really easy to understand for begginers. Again great lesson!

When you said, you should know scales.... Did you mean all the scales in all positions?

Hello: "mr252307,"
The patterns covered in my last video:
"How to Practice Scales"
There is a handout of everything you'll need
to know - link in the side-bar on that one.
Hope this helps,
Andrew
