$3 Trashbin
FREE parts (microcontroller, dc motor, acrylic, oatmeal container...)

  • what material did you use for the wheel and the bottom where the ping pong ball is launched?

  • @almarioboter When you post your vid please tell me.

  • Great design! How difficult to code ATmega16?I coded HC11 during college microprocessor class(long time ago). How about the setup for ATmega16? I assume it has EPROM embedded?

  • @TheAvarges I've made on too, see it on my channel. Post video showing your machine.

  • oi jud. nagcomment ka pla d2. wahaha.. konti nlng matatapos ntin. tpos post din ntin sa youtube ung nagawa ntin.

to the proponents of this table tennis robot. thanks for posting, we got some idea on your design, add some modifications, spins and simpler circuit. we'll keep you posted soon. thanks

  • Very smart!!!

You can see a similar idea on my project "Parallax color sorter"

  • I've made one without servo yet (used DC motor) and without atmega (i use NE555 timer only). And 3ply wood instead of acrylate. Now have problems with stability of speed and spin of balls. And i want to connect second ball launcer's motor below for underspin balls.

  • can you help me with the circuit of the one with servo?

  • can you help me with your circuit at the ball distributor?the one with servo?

  • This is the nicest diy table tennis robot I have seen.

It could be great if you wrote up a more detailed description of how you did it and the problems you encountered.
