Alan Rickman Speech at the Tbilisi Book Fair

In 2007 famous British actor Alan Rickman visited Tbilisi - capital of Georgia. He's friends with Georgian stage director Robert Sturua, he visits him a lot and they stage some plays together, But this time he came here for Harry Potter 6th book presentation - The Half Blood Prince. As you may know, he plays the potions teacher - Severus Snape in Potter series. We were all so glad that he came ♥ so this is the video I captured while he was trying to convince us he's a good guy, he's amazing ♥ ♥ ♥

@orchili I obviously don't know how much he knew about his character. I wasn't there when J.K Rowling told him about Snape lol. I just know that J.K Rowling told Alan that Snape had the hots for Lily Potter to make him understand why Snape hated Harry so much. He knew before anyone else that Snape was a good guy. Well, maybe not a good guy but a guy that still had a heart. Also, if a man is good and is acting as a double agent, it's not rocket science to figure that man is taking a life risk

@orchili I pretty sure he knew what would happen to his character at the end. I heard an interview where J.K Rowling said she told him everything about Snape before he even started shooting the first movie. Therefore, he may not have known about the other characters or other subplots in the story but he always knew the fate of Snape. He knew Snape loved Lily and that's a major plot point in the series.
