A Revealing documentary about the most promising treatment modality for drug dependance available. It is the only substance we know, which is capable of blocking acute withdrawal in opioid addicts as well as cocaine and alcohol. Although the FDA decided in 1993 that Ibogaine showed enough signs of being an effective tool in the treatment of addiction, money is the problem; this natural occuring molecule cannot be patented and is not a maintenance drug with addictive properties; reason for the pharmaceutical industry not to invest in its development... Educate yourself about this unique tool!

  • don't worry, no vomiting is shown. Only the woman in Africa has some reflexes because of the bad taste of the Iboga...

    Good luck!

  • Gabon is a French colony. The main language is French. Aside from that there are the indigenous languages (like Tsogo & Fang). The initiate in the film spoke poor French, so she did the interview in Tsogo.

  • Because the French colonized that country. Most people there speak French ! Why do Native Americans speak English ? Gosh !!! Please try to THINK.

  • 5:41...I had to lay on my side too! This video makes so much more sense now that I've taken ibogaine. You can tell the shaman in the video knows his stuff. Even though I've been on Ibogaine, I'd like to experience it as the shaman would have me to. During the trip, I listened to Masakazu's Yoshizawa's Zen Garden, Secrets of Zen (Japanese Chill out music), and lots of classical. The story the songs told...such passion adequately expressed through mere vibrations

    of sound....amazing stuff.

  • Beautiful people....

  • If you can get to Vancouver I can help you through an Ibogaine experience. Send me a private message if interested.

  • I need this so badly after a 15 year addiction to methadone and pain killers incuding heroin .This should be available to everyone going through this addiction .Unless youve been there you dont get it .Alcohol cocaine and opiates Im sure even benzos included are hell to getr off of this sounds like a great recourse to a lot of other things that end up not working.

  • @shazzbot007 That's not really what this is about. Blame has nothing to do with it. This is about people wanting to be free of opiates without getting horrifically sick, and to kill cravings for those who need that as well. I personally don't have any craving issues, I never did, but it would be nice to leave the methadone clinic and not be fucking so damn sick for months on end. Being dope sick, full blown dope sick; is an absolute nightmare, unlike anything I can describe.

  • @geoleo53 Just to clue you in, I wasn't trying to teach him about proper spelling and grammar. I was intentionally being an asshole. But thanks for the tip, I do agree its important to be nice to people, but if you become too enlightened you miss out on some of the fun of being a dick, and I assure you it is a lot of fun.
