Hiyaaaa! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.

I'm a natural 34DD and while these exercises are not impossible for me, we have to remember that breast tissue is mostly fat. More tissue equals more mass, which means that even if I have a strong chest and shoulders, there are still two pockets of fat on the front of my body. Fat is not friends with gravity. Another issue: more breast tissue can get in the way while exercising, limiting motion range.

@Lianasfiction Start with what she is useing in the video. if you feel you need more resistance, bump it up. But Ladies, this is come from a guy. dont over do it. unless in extreme cases.Have ever seen female body builders? they usually have no breast mass. thats because muscles break down fat to replace its energy supply quickly. and it draws from the closest source. in this case the breast itself. so too much exercise will decrease the size. unless you have 34dd and would kinda want to.

@Lianasfiction Never be afraid of weight. Lift the weight you can for 10 to 12 reps in such a way that the last 2 or 3 feel very hard (almost that you wont be able to do one more).

i have sagging breasts...and my boobs have grown recently..prior to this they were perfect..i had allergy on my chest portion for quite...did it happen because of that and the weights that u have used in the video..how much should they weigh....

@MesmerizingGrayEyes Of course, a women of 34DD can do this exercise and many more, it just depends on how bad you want the change and are willing to push. I am 38F and with a good sports bra (Freya) I am capable of doing these exercise as most of them can be found in the p90x program.

Thank you for posting this but I had a curious question: how much weight should I be using for the flys and push ups? Is 5-10lbs okay? Higher? Lower?
