5 stars - thanks for the video - It is an excellent view of what Vegas may become, if all goes well, a large city of luxury living with 24 hour alcohol and gambling in a safe and pampering atmosphere. Rates have never been lower /May 09 / Can it sustain? City Center? Trump? Fountainbleau? Great stuff. Cosmo, Eschelon, Plaza, too much?

If you have any doubt that Las Vegas is going to have trouble getting it self out of the current real estate market, this video should completely eliminate that. As the video shows, there are some amazing things happening here and these multi-billion dollar companies do their homework before they start construction on projects like these.

great video! this really helps when u see the big pictures of all of las vegas, bc driving down the strip gets confusing bc the strip keeps changing. very well made. favorited for sure!

Nice work all around. What brought this to my attention was a search for the latest renderings of The Plaza which I found on LVT&T. The camera work is relatively smooth but we're all spoiled by the gyro cams the local tv people use. One thing I thought of would be to do this in reverse, a look back in time; e.g. showing Siegel's original Flamingo, the Sands for the Venetian, the Dunes for Bellagio etc etc.

Im from the uk and will be visiting vegas for the 3rd time in May 08, found your site really useful, though i am thinking maybe i should pack a hard hat this time with all the construction going on!
