Was Farmer Bing played by Fred Willard? Sounds kinda like him. And the guy who sang the "Hi-Ho Cherry-o!" song sounds kinda like Christopher Guest.

Made me smile. My mother and father invented the game. Dad just passed away in March and Mom (who's 90) would get a real thrill out of this. When we were cleaning out my parents home we found the original game. It is one of the best selling games of all times - too bad they never got media recognition. They would have been thrilled. It is wonderful knowing that the kids today are still enjoying the game. Mom grew up in Door Co., WI known for it's cherry orchards.
