@TheMrRevell For sure. Worshiping for those watching is the greatest. By changing keys, I meant you dropped the original key a whole step! That is a lot. The song loses energy when you lower the key that much. You can get away with a half step, but try to stay away from dropping the original key all-together. There is a reason why Fee played it at capo 4.... sounds better. Take a listen at the bass player when Fee plays it. Simple and powerful. That is what I meant by keep it simple.
@saxyman22 Looking back on this video (I am the bassist here), yeah, it does seem sorta over the top. At the moment, however, it was clear that those watching were worshiping, which is the ultimate goal of us playing here. This video is just a relic of that moment. I play a 6 string because its one of 2 basses that I play, and it is more entertaining to practice on. We didn't change keys, maybe you heard a bad note (I have a few). It was "winged" in the sense that we just did it this one time.
honestly... I don't mean to be a jerk or anything... but was this winged? And.... six string bass?? Really? You don't need to walk on this song. Keep it simple and don't adjust the key... it takes away from the power and 'zing'. Just constructive criticism. This is one of my favorite songs by Fee.
