When you buy original electronics, like ipod, and iphones, bluetooth headsets, tv or computers, you can expect they work as they should.
The same happens with BGA tools, in this video Charlie Xun calls the community to stop buying refurbished, fake, repaired machines, they are not going to behave like an original machine, and also they wont carry warranty. Please do not complain of not getting support or warranty parts, when you just go for a cheap bargain online which results on being a machine sold in CHina 2 or 3 years ago, which usually Chinese use, then brake, then sale as parts, someone else fix, and sell to you as new.
We have been warning customers for months, and get into situations with customers after they get the wrong machine. Is you the one who chose where to buy, no one obligates you to go for the bargain you chose. So, please if you do that, assume those consequences.
Charlie in the video also enforce the call for the use of regulators to protect your machine as you do with your computer. This is a very delicate device that needs very steady power.
Also, the key is in the preheating, top heater is a curve after you have done a very well and proper preheating.
