The video is focused on my character, Febriel De'drine, making a journey from the southern reaches of Euron to a grove where she got married.

I think it really seems as if the intro of riad n' the bedouins is made up of this song and the other one by schnauss (wherever you are). it sounds just like they put one on top of the other and created the intro that way. (you'll hear it if you listen closely and compare.) but that's just like 30 seconds of the song. now who was first? i can't help it, still love guns n'roses!
To compare Riad n ... yeah whatever how that last part is spelled (the GnRs song) - and this is quite silly... sure they sound like withother on different part but, they are very VERY diffrent lokkin at 99% of the songs. I'm afraid Schnauss is not gonna be able to win.How can they even think that they can pull this off. O well. Axl may need a lesson for destroying what was once one of the greatest bands walking on this earth (GNR that is), so I hope Schnauss wins. Though, my brain tells me not.
dude i agree with you who the fuck is this schnauss guy? axl didnt copy him he's just doing it for publicity because sueing famous people is the only way that someone with music this horrible can even get their name out there
hes not saying that he stole the song. hes saying he stole the intro which he obviously did. plus ulrichs album "far away trains passing by" came out in 2001 which probobly means he wrote it around. and im pretty sure gnr didnt have that intro in 2001. anyway its only a million dollar lawsuit. im sure axl has money to burn. and to answer mattseguins question. Ulrich is an amazing electronic musician and sells out every show he plays. Just because you dont know who he is doesnt mean hes nothing.
Yes, and if a person is not able to come up with something original, what they do is PAY for using someone else's originality. Otherwise they get sued.

Oh well, Axl Rose is a c*ck so I don't really care.
