this video was shot using only optical, in-camera effects (no digital fixes). the look was created by a contraption built by dylan sanford. he sandwiched three old RGB projector lenses together, shooting the image into a box which had a pane of ground glass in the center. a camera was inserted in the opposite end the box and filmed the the ground glass image.

Sadly, Call and Response is not more well-known. They are one of the most melodically original bands in Indie. I remember discovering their bubble pop song as far back as 2000.
