you are wrong. banks can call at 8am. if you keep an east coast number but move to the west coast they still are not required to call later.
p.s. pay your bills on time (or) call them when you know you won't be able to pay on time.

actually according to the FDCPA they can call you from 8am-9pm in your time zone. And for the people that are taking it out on him not paying his bills, he said that "No, SHE'S not here." Does that guy sound like a female? No, the person that they were calling for is at work. This guy might have had to work the night shift. Some people have trouble paying their bills.
