Context (SPOILER ALERT):

Zoro stops Kuma from taking Luffy away by offering himself to the Shichibukai. Kuma agrees, but demands that Zoro experience all the pain that Luffy had gained from his recent battles in exchange. On the brink of death, Zoro doesn't hesitate to do it...
