  • Off course you can. Try a sweet chilli blend that is great.

  • @steaknkibble. It seems to work for us. We get a good balance of seasoning on our dried biltong. Remeber only marinate for a couple of hours (not the 24 hours i said in the video) using our technique. Any longer i agree it does become salty on the finished dried product.
