Idle video of the car after builfing motor for over 7months. Teksid aluminum block,Cobra forged crank, Eagle forged hbeam rods, custom forged diamond pistons, all ARP fastners and hardware. PI heads with CMS st2 cams, full intake and full exhaust. Built and installed by Piedmont Custom Motorsports in Raleigh, NC.

  • As long as you are not looking to turn the motor over 6k rpms it shouldnt matter and as long as its still NA. once you go into a boosted situation you will need new pistons to help bring your compression back down and def recommend getting new rods as they are known to fail whenever they please. But the teksid is awesomse and a great way to shave some weight off the front.

  • im thinking about doin this set up wit teksid n stock pi heads i know compression will get high tht gets me worry..i also heard i might need to drill a coolan hole can u help out please n tell me what else would i need i laready got the pi heads but looking for the teksid block just wanna make sure before i buy it
