8 Limbs has celebrated 13 years of dynamic hatha yoga in 4 beautiful Seattle neighborhood studios (Capitol Hill, Phinney Ridge, Wedgwood, West Seattle). We offer over 100 classes a week in hatha, flow/vinyasa, restorative, pre-/postnatal, 50+ and kids' yoga. Programs include retreats (Cascade Mts, Hawaii, Mexico), workshops (Tias Little, Sarah Powers, Rod Stryker) and a respected 200-hour teacher training with local and nationally recognized instructors
I LOVE this concept, but like most styles of yoga, it's not fat people friendly. Certain positions are very uncomfortable for big/bigger ppl. That's a bummer, because I'd love to practice.
