Wild Baby Cottontail Rabbit

A wild baby cottontail rabbit I saw my cat, Diego, carry into my garage. I thought the baby bunny was dead, but then it blinked and that showed it was alive. The bunny managed to flee to the back of the garage. It was in there all night with Diego on a box just next to it. The next morning, my mom and I found the bunny; it was under the step in our garage. We manage to get Diego away from the bunny and my mom picked it up and the two of us took the little guy to the fields right next to our house. To my surprise, Diego didn't injure the baby bunny. He just carried it into our garage and didn't kill it...yet. Anyways, we took it to our field and let it go. Back into the wild where it rightfully belongs.

near graduation at my elementary school last year the costodian jenet found a baby bunny on the school blacktop and it looked like a newborn very small and very cute
