Jet packs (Adds the 3rd dimension to FPS)
In Halo its a matter of firing your rifle and holding down the fire button to melee someone with the claw or rifle butt.
In tribes, its about predicting if your disc-launcher will hit the guy..Rationing your jetpack to ski+move around the map..etc..
HALO3's gameplay is like childsplay still in comparision to TRIBES.

I'd give up all the fps shit that gets churned out at a rediculous rate to relive the good old days with Tribes 2, and even Tribes 1 to an extent.
Great times, great fun, wicked humour and community on the EU side too.

If you're still wanting to play Tribes2 you go to tribesnext website and download a patch to get it all back online. Been playing for a bit again.
