@danburrycunt tell me how old you are and i can tell you if it would work and yess it works youre lats and your whole chest and you lower back and somepart of the shoulder but i don't know the name :P
-
Do you get a little strain in your neck when you do this exercise? I notice if I rest my head on the bench, I don't get that deep stretch
-
@danburrycunt to start out, yes. u dont want to push it. its similar to a dumb bell fly in the sense that it is a stretching workout. but the weights increase quickly. i went from 30lbs- 90 lbs dumb bells in 2 months. its not really a lat workout, but it does hit them a bit
-
slightly bent but not like a 90 degree bend...

and triceps

Are you supposed to keep your elbows straight, or bend them when you go back and straighten them coming up?
-
does dis work the lats ?? if so is 15 pounds enough ?
-

Typically it's done with one dumbbell. I've seen barbell pullovers done with multiple plates on one bar.
Actually, I don't think I've ever seen a dumbbell pullover done with separate dumbbells. HOWEVER, I've had clients who have done single-arm dumbbell pullovers because of in injury to some part of the opposite limb.
Hope that helps a bit.
