how to enter 90s.MP4

i wasnt doing them well that day so ive just shown you how to enter them...
i get to the same point in each then its what ever you do drill or glide...

also depends on how you drill an hold that arm in dont push into the floor...

if you can hit 3 just practice more,hold it til you hit the floor...
put a clip up an i will see if i can spot whats wrong...it took me 9months to a year to hit 3 an over...
