i used health packs to get it back to 100% put i didnt get the achievements,

can you only get the achievement by getting perfect all the way throuth?

You can't use healt packs, you must get to the end without being hit

if anyone else keeps getting stuck in the part where there's two pack rats and the steel eating tiger i found it easier to start from the back then working toward the tiger last. - using field barrier
