Well. This was made in 1995. MJ was about to release his new album called HIStory and he wanted to create a big and bold advert to promote it, and this is the advert. The army is not supposed to mean anything, it is just simply Michael creating art. (He used to love militaria) This was just after Evan Chandler accused MJ of molestation and everyone was wondering if MJ would be able to return. So he made this masterpiece to show how big and famous he is and that he is going nowhere
