  • @GenNarwhal A lot of famouse guitarists really didn't practice with the original chords, but thats usually because they were in bands that only played a certain genre. I do recommend you learn the basic chords. Its good to hone in on your guitar skills to play a lot more stuff. So says my Jazz Band teacher.

  • ive been playin for 6 months now and the only time i do chords is if theyre power chords for metal songs.... do i have to learn to play chords well to get better?? or can i keep just playing tabs??

  • The best guitar teacher EVAH ! Bobby Crispy !

  • @Moodo1 I think that makes sense, still a beginner you know :). I'll check it out soon! Tack så mycket ;)

  • santa clause disliked this..... wait what?

  • @UltiEd No problem. The first fret of the e is an F tone. You´re basically just eliminating the F and the C tone from the E and A strings. The Fmaj7 is the same as he plays in the video but without the F on the e string, played from the D string and down. About the other chords you mention. Search here on YT for a lesson on slash chords, I believe thats what you´re thinking about. I may be wrong though ;-)

  • @Moodo1 Ah alright, thanks for the reply! Think I've seen something similar with other chords. So it's basically the same thing with maybe one note/tone being different? Anyways thanks!

  • @UltiEd It basically looks like an Fmaj7 with an added finger on the first fret of the e. A beginners F if you will. The full F is as you say, a barre chord.

  • Hm, I usually play my F like a barchord, is that a different chord or just another way of doing it? Thanks for the videos!

  • @Nobody2336 Tangerine by Led Zeppelin. Bach's Bouree is classic but still not that hard.
