It's doing the same exact thing. It's the players fault or YouTube's servers. Is there anyway to report this to YouTube? It could possibly be a bug of some sort.
I honestly don't know why this is happening. I can only guess that it has something to do with how the actual packet streaming works in the embedded player. Something triggers the event of the "circle appearance" even though the packets are streamed correctly (the video appears to be fine). Please check the apoc_01 video I've created and see if the same thing happens. Thanks!
So it does stream just fine :) I'm aware of the glitchy circle, it seems to be a bug of the embedded player, it's not the server. Try setting your options to viewing all HD videos in HD in the first place, or you can try adding &fmt=22 in the end and tell me if you've got any similar issues. Thanks for watching :)

I do have the settings as play as the highest quality possible when available but it doesn't go to HD and the highest it goes to is HQ. Thanks.

I have a 20MB per/s Download and a 10MB per/s Upload, I believe it's YouTubes servers. I know it's not my computer.

The source is 1920x1200, YT re-encodes to h264 and downscales to 1280x720. You can stream it just fine if you have about ~2mbit download rate.
