@TheSoundScientistDJ Digital power amps constantly adjust the power according to the signal to give you the best possible sound and power so it's hard to say. I would probably say half of what the wattage says, but it's louder and more clear than anything you've heard from older amp design's at the same wattage ratings say 500watt RMS.

I need protective covers for my ev elx 115s but no one makes them, does anyone know where I can find some for these speakers. I bought some gator speakers 15 inch but these elx 115 are really wide on the sides.

What is the RMS rating for the powered versions? I can't find those specs anywhere. How would you say that these compare in volume and clarity to the QSC K series? I know with the ZXA1 it had the clarity but nowhere near the volume of the K8.

@TheSoundScientistDJ the only power rating I can find is the 1000w power rating. We only had a chance to hear them in the demo room (optimum setting) but they were very impressive, loud, clear and warm.

All I have to say is that these speakers are phenomenal for the price! $599 for the 12", $699 for the 15" and $799 for the 18" subwoofer. These will change the powered speaker game for sure!
