i was thinking of a similar system, but with separate H2 and O2 outlets. yet again I await your tests to be completed.

PS: have you tried using any precious metals as the electrodes yet? i wonder how gold and platinum do, yet it is hard to find on the web. are you still using Just distilled water and KOH (potassium hydroxide) or have you tried other electrolytes? how about solvents?

Have you tried any acids?

I have been working on ways to split off the Hydrogen but... it doesn't make any difference when you are talking about using it in a engine..The reason is because the amount of air that the engine takes in makes the oxygen you are talking about nothing..
