@BigVideoFan88, Thanks for the info, because I've been watching Roy Weissinger since I was very young, and I one day looked up and saw that he disappeared, and I wondered what happened to him ever since. This is my first time hearing he retired in 1998. I wonder what he's doing now.

aye my name is jetiah i was on news channel five when i was was a little boy,i was being put up for adoption,the year was 89-90,any way i always wanted to see the video so if theres a way you could hook that up that would be cool

Roy Weissinger retired from News Channel 5 in 1998 and was replaced by Adam Shapiro on Live on Five.

Bill Shiel and Alan DePetro are two of the reporters I found on that one. By the way, I actually remember that very deep voiced announcer of News Channel 5 from way back in the day.
