Hahaha, well, hopefully, now you can LIVE happy!  ;o) Yeah, it took me a while to track down the movie this song came from. I had a compilation dvd of Bollywood performances called "Cabaret Queens," and I LOVED Sushmita Sen performing to this song. She was so lively and danced with such energy and humor. I'm happy that my video helped you find it.

Oh yes! It isn't anywhere else on YouTube; I checked. This was my only shot at finding it for now (unless I took the time to rummage through every single movie song that featured Sushmita- which I was prepapred to do.) I can't thank you enough!
