the level one music was the best - and bizarrely the only way to hear it all was through sound test - the level wasn't long enough to hear the best bit - the piano solo

Is this the Japanese version or something? The first stage has a different background than the one in the US SNES version. Any info would be great.

It's been so long since I played this one, but from what I see on the site where I got these from, both the Japanese and US titles use the same soundtrack. Maybe I picked some unused tracks or something.
