@jujehmufeh You know sweet FA!

You tree hugging hippie spongers. Peaceful my arse. You're clearly there to antagonise and deserve far more than the poor cops can give back. Utterly pathetic and should be ashamed. If you leave and do what you are being asked then the police wouldn't even need to be there wasting rescources on troublemakers who define their occupation as trying to save the planet. Worse than football casuals!

Note the lunatic at 2:15. The face of his shield obviously isn't doing enough damage, so what does he do? Uses the edge, of course! Who says our police lack initiative?

If you hippie faggots hadn't antagonized the police this would not have happened.

whilst i can understand why people are concerned about climate change i'm not too bothered. i've got a yacht and i can only see climate change being a benefit. lots more ocean to sail in and warmer weather at sea. i'm off to burn some trees and leave the engine on mine and my wifes car running whilst doing it.

Looks like the Guardian picked up the video, guardian co uk /world/2009/apr/19/g20-police-
video-climatecamp-tomlinson Shame it doesn't appear to have more views (unless Youtube has disabled them as has been documented on other videos. )

What are the police trying to acheive here?

Around 2.12mins a few police men are very violently hitting out at the crowd with their shields, some are putting their shield on its side so it can be used with more power.
This is very aggressive behavior considering the crowd is moving back. The media should be alerted of this video.
Those protesters make me proud to be English. Absolute bloody heros, each and every one of them. The police on the other hand, nothing more than hired thugs. An utter disgrace to all of us.
Just which part of 'This is Not a Riot' don't they understand?

Thing is, you just watched the news.
If you were there, you'd know the only reason people broke into the RBS building was because a) we were stopped by the police directly outside that building and were not allowed to walk and b) we were flanked from the left and had no where to go, so people had to break into the bank.
The news show whatever's convenient. I also saw people get trampled over with horses and kicked by the police for no reason. I was one of them - I know better than the news.
