Republican Senators Obstruct Justice

While Spanish prosecutors are busy at work investigating and constructing a case against six Bush administration officials, Senate rethuglicans are obstructing justice in the United States by not confirming an Obama appointee, Dawn Johnsen, to the Office of Legal Council. Rachel Maddow outlines the case of torture used on Abu Zubaida and Keith Olbermann interviews Jonathan Turley on Countdown.

There is so much to be outraged about in the Bush Administration that many have been left shell-shocked. Breath in - breath out and bring these son's of Dr. Strangelove to justice.

No, I said we NEVER decapitated them, regardless of the fact that they are WITHOUT ethics. They kill their own just as quickly as any others - remember, THEY are the ones who kill, if not murder, for religious fundamentalism. We, and our allies the world over, including other Muslims, protect our own lives with deadly force - two immensely different concepts. "Tit for tat" plays poorly in both diplomacy and warfare. I hate to use a cliche but try think beyond the, "Ugly American" mindset.

I know exactly what it's for, what is involved and what specifically is done, to include water boarding. I was there as a student, and I worked there. The primary difference is THE USA NEVER DECAPITATED ILLEGAL COMBATANTS.

SERE is training to prepare American solders in case of torture by the enemy. Since torture is a war crime.
