My Comment from Blog about this workout:
This workout produced 5 exercise groups because my settings are such that the program ran out of available exercises from the available exercise groups. Abs and Calisthenics have a maximum of 2 exercises/workout each, Lats has a maximum of 3 exercises/workout, and Cardio and Calves have a maximum of 1 exercise/workout each. These are settings that are specific to me. Each user can set the exercise output to their preferences.

  • i personally think that the computer program would be extremely helpful not only is he telling you about the workouts but hes telling you about a program that will keep track of preogress and decline in schedules.. show some respect?
