@ROUsaurus kKddo you are wrong again.Study a little bit I say...don't say bullshits.This band was formed in 1980.Nu posers was formed in 1993 then they turned their name in Slipknot. Oh and Andres Colsefini was born in 1972...I don't believe he can build up a band like this when he was only 8... ;)

Slipknot changed when Corey Taylor replased Anders Colsefni.

and dont call them posers, many thrash and heavy metal bands in the 80s were also posers.

I heard that Slipknot was already in late 80's, but then theyre were thrash/death metal, and later they where inspired by Korn to make nu metal.
