  • If i were to look through your telescope, is that what I would see, or would I need a camera to see jupiter with that much detail?

  • No, the view of Jupiter visually through my telescope is much smaller than this. You can still see a fair amount of detail though, if under good conditions.

  • I wonder the same thing. Can you see the eye of jupiter moving like a tornado?

  • No, while watching it through the telescope it all looks pretty static.

  • Jupiter is more than 5 times further from the Sun than the Earth, It has a diameter of more than 11 and a half times that of the Earth, giving it a volume of more than 1,430 times that of Earth. It has more than 63 known moons and may have several times more undescovered ones. Very well done.

  • Is it not possible to seethe :EYE: of jupiter moving like a tornado through a telescope?

  • Sure. Any free astronomy program will give you the location of all of the planets. Google 'Stelarium' and give it a try.

  • hey can you give me some tips on how to find jupiter? how did u find it?

  • I would love to own a telescope.

    Where do I start?

  • wow thats jupiter, i thought it would be difficult to see jupiter through telescope it be to far or something.
