These lenses arnt as loud as this in real life... this video overdoes it a bit on the sound factor

Does the part where filters are screwed on rotate when focusing? I wanted to get a screw mount lens hood, but I didn't want a pretty petal-style lens hood rotating and looking ugly.

On the Canon EF50 f1.8 II and Tamron 17-50, the filter mount dos'nt rotate. On the Canon EFS 18-55 (the kit lens) it does ;)

If you're talking about the Tamron, I paid 520$ for it, aboot a year ago :)

With a remote, half-pressing the shutter release. The camera AF is set to "AI Servo". And then moving my hand back and forth in front of the lens ;)
