I think they should add Iowa State so they can maintain the many rivals in the conference already and develop a new one with Iowa and Iowa St. This would also allow the Big 12 to add a new school like TCU, U of Houston, or Colorado St. But if they add a 12th team they probably need to change the of the conference to something like "The Midwest Conference" or "Midwestern Conference" or "The Big Midwest". Big 10 isn't going to look right with 12 schools or even 11 like right now.
