Metroid Prime 2: Echoes IGN Review

6th gen gaming was fun. 7th gen gaming is stupid. People arguing over pointless bullshit.

This one was my favorite. 3 Would have been but they killed off Rundas

i like the 1st and the 3rd the most. this one is much more difficult than the other 2

This is the only prime game I have not played. I herd its the lesser one of the 3 though. Ill be getting the collection so I can try it.

love this game but thought it was to easy love the light suit its my favorite =]

this game is tooo hard for me. harder than halo 3 on legendary

It is pretty challenging, it takes a while to beat the game but its a great experience, one of my favorite by far.

he wasnt saying it was bad. he was just saying that majoras mask was much different from ocarina of time, while prime 2 is very similar to 1.

phazonruler3000, you have to back track to the beginning of the game and fight if you want a missile expansion. Its not part of the story, its just optional incase you want missile expansions

Echoes does in some ways serve a similar function to Prime as Majora's Mask did to Ocarina... although Echoes didn't advance on gameplay mechanics as much as ocarina, it generally made a fuller world, and more complicated and difficult enemies. I.e. it served as a more difficult game with more hardcore bosses etc in a similar way as majora's mask did.
