@truro007 I was 10 also in 1968 & I had a Huge Crush on Robert Wagoner & would skip my dinner every nite so I could watch his It takes a thief show. We couldn't watch tv & eat dinner at the same time. Man, have things changed. But I thought he was about the sexiest man alive. HaHa. He was handsome but that parted hairstyle, icky. At the time it was modern, actually quite modern. Hair over the ears, wow!

Kudos to Mr. Dave Grusin for composing that great theme song. Check out his credentials. One of the most amazing musical composers of this time.

Oh,my God! I was so in love with Robert Wagner when I was 5 years-old and the show was on TV! My first school notebook has his pic on the cover.I think it was the first time I had a crush on a man.Hahaa! Now the show seems so infantil, but Wagner and the music are still great!
Excellent Theme song!...One of the classics from late 60s tv!
