Brown the meat in the pressure cooker to retain all the juices and brown bits. Instead of water add 1/2 Beef Stock and 1/2 Dark Beer (Guinness). Then this recipe is perfect.

@somethingillregret I would think so, the only differencs is, just as john says in the video, it will probably take alot longer (several hours) to get fork tender meat.
since you inside a pressure cooker can cook with a higher temperature the beef cooks faster.
