How To Jump & How NOT To

UPDATE: Thanks to everyone thats watched the video..
To end all controversy I'll explain once and for all..
I was not concious after my head slammed the handle bars, that impact shattered the front of my helmet (first time I wore it $500 later).. I don't remember the day, or even my thoughts afterwards.

I over jumped, became unconcious and unfortunately accelerated after the jump. The back tire hit me in the back of the head, and i slid for a good 5-10 metres where my head ended up under a fence.

Was a painful experience, no broken bones.
