be careful to not correlate a wiccan wearing an upright pentagram to a christian wearing a cross unless you qualify it- some christians who wear crosses see the wiccans who wear upright petagrams the same as if they were a satanist wearing an inverted pentagram- to christianity both symbols are blasphemies

In some covens, the inverted pentagram is a symbol of level 2 initiation... that is also a big difference between Satanists and Witches. Although it is *rarely* used by Witches today, given the ignorance surrounding the symbol, it IS still used...

Very interesting! Well, it would make sense symbolically, being that the inverted pentagram has the two points facing upwards.
