You can hear a lot of different blends of music that comes from Klezmer including much of the sounds that permeate jazz.

Romanian music is not Gypsy/Roma music. But, many good Gypsy/Roma musicians are playing Romanian folklore music, or are influenced of it.
Summary:
1) Klezmer was formed mainly in territories inhabited by Romanians, it has important Romanian folklore influences.
2) Roma/Gypsies are different from Romanians, but the Roma/Gypsies are playing along with their own music, also Romanian folklore music, and folklore music from Balkans/East Europe/Turkey.
