Liberty Jane Valenspring Clothing Design Contest - My 1st Entry - Sea Foam Delight

My video maker was being obstinate and would not allow me to do a voiceover, so here is the description for each part of the outfit:

FAUX-LAYER SHIRT AND STRIPED SKIRT
The shirt is a light turquoise color with a v-neck that has a darker teal inset underneath and a little teal heart-shaped applique down at the hem.
The to part of the skirt is the same teal color, and then the flounce at the bottom is sky blue, light turquoise and dark green striped.

BLACK BOOTS
Just plan black leather boots, no decoration

HEART-SHAPED PURSE
Blue-ish turquoise heart-shaped purse trimmed in aqua piping.

HEART-SHAPED NECKLACE
Black heart edged with turquoise on a black chain.
