Join ITS Tactical as Bryan goes through a simple shoulder workout he uses as a cool-down after taxing shoulder workouts like pull-ups, push-ups and dips.

Also explained in the video are pyramid workouts and how they can help you achieve better results. Don't forget to check out our other functional strength articles on ITS Tactical! http://itstac.tc/yfR88T

  • Did you graduate BUD/S? Sorry if it's a bit of a personal question you don't have to answer I was just wondering.

  • @newspot221 No worries, I didn't. You can check out my bio on ITS, but I made it through Hell Week and Pool Comp and had a dive injury on a Draeger at the tail end of 2nd Phase. ~ Bryan

  • Love the Loose Tweets poster lol.

  • @itzcoldghost Thanks, one of my fav's for sure! ~ Bryan

  • Nice info, thanks for sharing it Bro.

  • @chilledkirby sealfit.com Free daily workouts and also a 8 week book if you want it. just click on the WOD link at the top, not the drop down Canidate or exercise challenge link.

  • Hey Brian, if you could do the same for me as well that would be great, I'm a Junior in High School but I haven't been able to speak to a Recruiter just yet... I've been on the Varsity Swim Team for two years and have been working out during the off-seasons, any help would be great, thanks.

  • Hey Brian - I am currently a senior in highschool, and I've been talking with a Navy recruiter about the steps required to get a BUD/S contract, and I'm planning on enlisting right after highschool. If you have a sec whenever you get this - do you have any training tips before going to BUD/S aside from the obvious run/swim/push/flutterkicks/dips etc? I appreciate any advice.

  • great workout ..thankx for sharing!

  • Thanks for the info!

@ 1abominable1 hope all goes well with your surgery.

  • Excellent advice...this hits every single muscle in the SITTS group.

  • I just did this...it works great!
