These people are blinder than bats. His speech had socialism written all over it. Yeah there's a gap these days, but does anyone ever stop to think maybe its the government's involvement that creates that gap? Corrupt government rewards their cronies, that's what is creating the gap. If you truly want to fix the problem then pull the government out of the economy completely.
