my mom is a nurse and at her hospital they give everybody prenatal vitamins, man or woman. it doesn't actually have anything to do with pregnancy, it just has more folic acid and more of the essential vitamins. i recommend everybody take prenatal vitamins- all the time. pregnant or not.

in the beginning of the video you say that eveyone shall leave hair as it is- if it's curly- leave it curly and if it's straight- don't curl it every day cause it will damage hair. and what shall i do if i have 2/3 straight hair and rest that covers my face is really curly and messy?
